Does it help to worry? Absolutely not.
Is it easy not to worry, when you’re a person who worries all the time? Absolutely not.
I wish I could stop worrying. It can do negative wonders to the body & mind; make it believe anything it wants to believe.
You can make yourself believe anything you want to believe, at any time.
But that doesn’t mean it’s real.
