I watched the first two eps of L.A. Complex and I’m definitely on the road of going-to-be-utterly-ridiculously-into-it-when-the-next-few-episodes-come-out. Plus I love the fact that it’s a Canadian show — booyaaa airing in Canada before the US bitchaaaaas! Sorry that was spiteful hahah. No but really I think it’s a decent show so far. I’m enjoying the concept of struggling actors as the centre of a TV show - very meta. I’m also enjoying all the familiar Canadian faces. And it has a decent amount of shock factor (if you watch the 2nd episode, preferably the last few seconds of it, you know what I mean and damn, I respect the hell outta that).
So yeah. If you’re bored and live in Canada and feel like watching a show made by the people who made the new Degrassi (which I personally have never followed), then watch it. It’s only two (well, if you count tonight, three) episodes in so it’s not like you have to catch up on much.
That is all.
